Permission
|
Run the stats
|
|
On Unix, scripts have very restrictive permission (user nobody usually),
so you should verify that the scripts are able to read your log
files and able to write in the output directory.
|
To compute all the stats in one click, select the first icon (Init all
stats) on the top left of this page. This master script will run all the others in the right order.
Once all stats have been computed, use the top right icon (Update all
stats) to work from the previous run.

Tuning

Problems
|
|
If you want a fine tuning, select the 'option' you want to run. All
options available will be displayed with their current values.
Default scripts will be run as incremental, if you need to reset or
initialize them, you'll need to activate the -b flag.
|
If the scripts take too long to complete, you'll receive a timeout
from the server. You could increase this value in your server
configuration (default is 30 seconds) or use a shortest period
of time (-d). Most timeout are due to using reverse dns (very slow) so
convert your logfile first. Of course,
the best way is to run the stats from a crontab.
